DKZ Official Membership [ DONG-ARI ] Refund Request Survey

This is the DKZ Fan Club Manager.

We sincerely thank the fans for sending your endless love and support to DKZ all this time.
As DKZ's official activities have come to an end, we would like to guide you through the refund application survey for the b.stage official membership [ DONG-ARI ].

Refunds are currently being processed for members who purchased their membership after January 1, 2026, and meet the requirements below.

Refunds have already been processed for those who previously applied through the b.stage inquiry board. For those who still need to request a refund, please review the details below.

📌 Membership Refund Eligibility
- Members who purchased the official membership [ DONG-ARI ] after January 1, 2026, and did not attend the DKZ mini fan meeting on May 17th.
- Members whose automatic payments were processed after the sales period for the official membership [ DONG-ARI ] ended.

📌 Important Notes for Refund Application
- Refund Process : Due to the nature of the b.stage platform, processing batch refunds is difficult. Therefore, refunds will be processed continuously for those who submit the survey.
- Non-Refundable Cases :
* Memberships paid for in 2025 are non-refundable, regardless of whether any membership benefits were used.
* Even if you submit the survey, you will be excluded from the refund if our verification process confirms your attendance at the May 17th fan meeting.
- Refund Processing Time : The actual time it takes for the refund to be completed may vary depending on the circumstances of the payment provider and your credit card company.
- Previous Applicants : Refund requests previously left on the b.stage inquiry board have already been processed for the individuals concerned, so you do not need to fill out an additional survey.
